A day of letting breath catch me again.

As important it is to move forward and be active. It´s important to some day just be.

Be in stillness.

Reflect on whats going on in your life. Stillness were you let the body connect to your mind.

Stillness were you fill up yourself with energy from your own holy sours of power.
